Pricing for Tax Preparation
StrataTax believes in removing financial uncertainty, not producing it. We charge a flat fee per return – we do not charge per hour or per form/schedule. Unlike most other tax preparation companies that charge hourly or per form/schedule, our flat fee pricing for Individuals and Businesses are very straightforward. You will know upfront exactly how much it will cost to file your tax return. You will not be surprised with a high bill from our tax preparation services.
Your tax return will be prepared by a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or an Enrolled Agent (EA) who is knowledgeable of the complex tax laws. Contrary to consumer tax preparation software, our consultants are skilled at finding extra deductions and credits to minimize your tax liabilities. Also, our consultants are available year-round to support you in implementing tax planning strategies to help decrease your tax liabilities over the short-term and long-term.
Each income tax return prepared by StrataTax includes:
- One hour of free Tax Planning, available to business owners (including independent contractors, sole proprietors, C Corporations, S Corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships).
- Up to two hours of free Audit Preparation/Representation if your tax return is selected for Audit
Business tax preparation applies to C corporations, S corporations, limited liability companies (LLCs), and partnerships. Individual tax preparation applies to W2 employees, sole proprietors, independent contractors, and landlords.
